Disabled Access
The Des Moines Arts Festival grounds are handicap accessible. Wheelchairs are available for check out on a first-come, first-served basis at The Des Moines Register Information Booths inside each Festival entrance.

Bank of the West ATM Locations
ATM's are located at each Food Court. Additional ATM's are located at the Bank of the West Sponsorship location and near 13th and Locust St.

First Aid
Mercy Emergency Services First Aid Booths are located at: 15th & Grand, 13th & Locust, and 12th & Locust.

The Des Moines Register Information Booths
The Des Moines Register Information Booths are located inside each Des Moines Arts Festival entrance.

Lost and Found
Lost and found is located in Volunteer Headquarters at 1408 Locust St. Contact The Des Moines Register Information Booths with any inquiries.

Lost Children Inquiries
Go to The Des Moines Register Information Booths located inside each Des Moines Arts Festival entrance to report missing children. Information booth staff will contact Des Moines Arts Festival staff and security to assist in locating lost members of your party.

Restrooms
Portable restroom facilities are located south of Locust St. on 15th, St., and 13th St.

Security
The Des Moines Arts Festival has 24-hour security on-site. A security officer can be located at all Festival entrances.
